Join us for a Meadow-scaping Class at The Wylde Center, Atlanta Nov 5!

Link to sign up at the bottom of this post! Meadows are ecological powerhouses! By growing meadows, we actively participate in land regeneration and help to mitigate climate change. Plus, they’re naturally beautiful and easy to maintain, once established. ‘Meadow’ refers to the wild, dynamic ecosystem of native grasses and flowering perennials that host beneficial birds and insects.

Join seasoned ecological designer, Lindsey Sita Mann, to explore all aspects of meadowscaping from site selection, design techniques, plant profiles, planting and maintenance guidance.

You will have the tools you need to create a meadow in your front or back yard!  Come with a sunny spot in mind and take home plans (and plants!) to execute your own meadowscape this fall.  Tailored towards gardeners with some experience.  Class is 1.5 hours with a small meadow plant sale afterward.

Class will be held Saturday, November 5th from 9:30 AM– 11AM at our Edgewood Community Learning Garden.
Session limited to 20
